Merkur 38C classic safety razor The 38C razor is one of the heavyweights in the Merkur range. Longtime fans also call it the MERKUR Barber Pole. It owes its nickname to the characteristic shape of its fluted handle, which was designed based on a Barber's Pole. With its non-slip handle, it gives you a firm grip and thanks to its high weight, every movement is carried out with stoic calm. It's a tough razor, made to handle your beard.

A closed-comb safety razor is the all-rounder for the classic wet shave. You will intuitively feel the correct adjustment angle of your brush and immediately admire the best shaving results. The wide spacing between the blades allows for a high flow of soap and thus protects the razor head from clogging with cut hair or foam residue.

The aircraft head is manufactured using the zinc die-casting process, which allows for very precise manufacturing tolerances and complex shapes. To ensure comfortable weight distribution, we only use brass for the handle. The chrome finish protects the razor from corrosion and underlines the high-quality design.
